Damaged, Open Packages, or Missing Items
At ReneaFitness, we care about making sure you receive your order in perfect condition. Please read our policy carefully:
1. Inspection Upon Delivery
- Customers are responsible for checking their package immediately upon arrival.
- If you notice the package is damaged, opened, or missing items, you must document the condition right away.
2. Required Proof
- Take clear before & after photos of the package and its contents.
- Record a short video of the unboxing process, making sure the shipping label is visible.
- This documentation is required for us to investigate and resolve your claim.
3. Reporting Issues
- Claims for damaged, missing, or opened packages must be submitted within 48 hours of delivery.
- Send your proof (photos and video) along with your order number to reneafitness@gmail.com.

4. Resolution
Once we receive and verify your documentation, we will provide one of the following:
- Store credit of equal value
- Replacement item (if available)
